- KadochDesign is skilled in the craft of Wood working and design. Wood is a sustainable locally, processed and milled material. Its natural beauty and malleability lends itself to any type of frame be it a structure using dimensional lumber like 2X studs and joists, or a timber frame using 8"x8" beams and posts Our designs seek to express the structural function and architectural rhythm of wood members in a finished building. Architecturally exposed wood gives any project a natural warmth and can be protected and finished using a variety of products depending on the design intent and connection to other materials and building components. Natural wood signifies a respect for nature's beauty and can be incorporated into any design given the right attention to detail.
