PREFABRICATED SYSTEMS
- On the boards are several designs for creating new forms and building
types using more advanced methods of planning, design and fabrication. We also employ these
skills in designing specific building components and connections. This is the essence of
Pre-Fab. Pre-fab is a methodology of Design-Build. It is not necessarily a building type or a
cheap form of housing. Prefabrication techniques can be utilized on any projects at any scale
for increased efficiency, sustainable design and construction as well as potential cost savings
and the design possibilities are endless.
