The law balances societal stability with individual freedoms. Libera Forma balances the structural integrity of its steel frame with the fluid progression of its fragile parts in glass. The base of Libera Forma engages the visitor in the many stories of the historic struggle for freedom. As Libera Forma rises from this mosaic of life and history, we are invited to look upward and we begin to understand freedom as an aspiration. |
