LEARNING SPACE OF THE FUTURE - Seattle, WA, 1999
The exhibit was designed for the 1999 international CAEL conference. (council on adult experiential learning). The designs and corresponding exhibit displayed what the future holds for educational spaces, individual work stations, future modes of learning and the entire experience of learning both within a physical space as well as within new social and educational systems. The design shows a model for individual or two person work stations centered around a team work space. Teams are arranged in groups of four stations. This facility holds spaces for four such groups of 4 centered around an entire group meeting/exhibit space. The design is a light weight structure with transparent materials so that the entire facility is a visual hive of productivity and learning.
