PRIVATE RESIDENCE SITE WORK-St. Paul, MN, 2003 This project consisted of a major water proofing overhaul of an exisitng basement, the re-building of a retaining wall and the creation of an overall water drainage system for a house sitting on a steep slope with several natural underground springs as well as considerable amounts of surface water run-off. After the construction, a planting plan was designed to provide extra site stability to the loose, soggy. soils, as well as a cleanout of the invasive non-native species causing harm to the landscape.
